Well…it was due!

A perfect weekend of weather in Wasaga!  After two years of scratched and modified swims, the Triathlon went off on Saturday without a hitch!  Not only that, but it went perfectly!

You couldn’t ask for a better day of amazing racing and weather and the athletes showed their appreciation by turning in great performances and times in every race.  My friend David Shulman decided he would melt the course down and run the Duathlon in 1:19:28 finishing 28th overall. Oh…did I mention that David is in the 60-64 age group?

On Sunday, it looked like a carbon copy of last year with rain, clouds and yucky weather…not SO!  The weather held, turned sunny and ended up being a beautiful day!

Great times, a lot of fun and a completely clean race made for a fun event that is going to grow again next year!
