One pound gone, nineteen to go
So far the 20-Pound Challenge is going ok. I’ve shed one pound, so I now weigh 185 lbs.
I haven’t curtailed my eating that much but I’ve stepped things up on the exercise front, finally going into double digits in the hours trained department this week (10 hrs 18 min). My ride everyday in November challenge (http://www.teamrunningfree.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=549) definitely helped.
It is not too late to join me for either challenge, so consider giving it a shot.
I hope that you were able to take advantage of the warmer weather over the last few days. I certainly did, and went for a few runs and rides. It sure beats the indoor bike trainer.
For racers in the HSBC Triathlon Series, let me remind you that the Series Awards Day is this coming Sunday at the Mississauga Golf & Country Club. The festivities get going at 11:30 and goes until 2 pm. Make sure to RSVP if you haven’t done so already.
I hope to see you there. Have a great week!
Roger
