Sorry if you were expecting yet another weekly post that provides some significant insight about life (yeah right). But this week, I must plug something that supports a great cause.

This year’s Team Running Free Season Kickoff Party is a follow up event for our Haiti: Training for Solidarity Run we held in January following the Earthquake in Port au Prince. Our Mission Haiti initiative is still going strong raising much needed funds for relief and rebuilding efforts in Haiti. On Friday April 30th, why not come down to the Hard Rock Cafe at Yonge and Dundas and support Team RF and Mission Haiti by enjoying great Live Music, a Silent Auction, and lots more. Everyone is welcome so bring your friends, family, and neighbours!
